Saku Hyūga is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production. He was born on March 1 in Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan, and speaks the Miyazaki dialect. His career in voice acting began around 2020. Hyūga holds a black belt in judo, as well as a nutritionist license and a standard driver's license. His hobbies include judo and swimming.

In the field of animation, Hyūga is known for his role as Tōya Fuji in the television anime series A Terrified Teacher at Ghoul School!, which aired from October 2024 to March 2025. He has also performed supporting roles in several other anime, including a student in The Foolish Angel Dances with the Devil and a living doll character in Shadows House 2nd Season. He has voiced multiple extra characters in the long-running series One Piece, including a guard, a soldier, an officer, and a Celestial Dragon.
