Kōsuke Takaguchi (高口 公介) is a Japanese voice actor from Hyogo Prefecture whose career spans a wide range of anime and video game roles, characteristically portraying deep-voiced antagonists, loyal guardians, and imposing figures. He is also recognized for his work in video game voice acting, providing the Japanese voices for characters such as Wolf O'Donnell, Ganondorf, and Falco Lombardi in the Super Smash Bros. series and other Nintendo titles.

Takaguchi’s career in anime includes a notable amount of work within long-running franchises. He played the role of Bason, the loyal guardian spirit of Tao Ren, in the 2021 reboot of the series Shaman King. In this same series, he also voiced several other supporting characters, including Larch Dirac and Damayaji. His recent work includes the role of Yashirō Ozeki in the historical anime Blue Miburo.

The voice actor is known for his performance as the villain Muscular, whose real name is Goto Imasuji, in the popular superhero series My Hero Academia. He has also played the role of Tetsurō Segawa in the series Guyver: The Bioboosted Armor, Girag in Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal II, and Ōgumo in Guilty Crown.
