Kenji Takahashi is a Japanese voice actor born on January 16, 1981, in Gunma Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. He began his career in the voice acting industry in 2006, taking on various supporting roles in anime television series and original video animations.

His early career consisted of a wide range of配角 roles in numerous anime. He gained some of his first notable credits in 2007 with appearances in the series Mobile Suit Gundam 00, where he voiced the characters Hong Long and Howard Mason, as well as roles in Clannad and Bleach. Throughout the late 2000s and 2010s, Takahashi continued to build an extensive filmography, often playing supporting characters, antagonists, and ensemble cast members in long-running and popular series.
