Kiyohiko Shibukawa, born July 2, 1974, is a Japanese actor and fashion model who has also performed voice work for anime and film. He began his career as a model using the name Kee before switching to his current stage name in 2006. Shibukawa has appeared in over sixty films since his acting debut in 1998 and maintains an active career in both live-action and voice roles.

While Shibukawa is primarily known as a live-action film and television actor, his voice acting credits include several notable anime roles. He voiced Kiichirō Wakayama in the series Golden Kamuy -The Hunt of Prisoners in Hokkaido-. In Tezuka's Barbara, he played the role of Hiroyuki Yotsuya. His work in the Terraformars franchise includes the role of Jōji Yoshikane in both Terraformars and Terraformars: A New Hope.
