Dōjima has voiced several characters in anime television series. He is known for the role of Michiru Morimura in the original 2023 anime series Kawagoe Boys Sing -Now or Never-. In the 2026 romantic comedy anime The Klutzy Class Monitor and the Girl with the Short Skirt, he voices Yū Izubuchi, a member of the health committee who is a friend of the protagonist and is known for his rough way of speaking. He also provided the voice for Najak, a werewolf character based on the musician Nicholas from the boy band &Team, in the 2026 anime adaptation of the webtoon Dark Moon: The Blood Altar.
