John Patneaude is an American voice actor known for work in anime dubbing and video games. Born November 20, 1997, and based in Los Angeles, California, Patneaude identifies as non-binary and has over eight years of professional experience in the entertainment industry. They have performed voice work for prominent dubbing studios including Bang Zoom! Entertainment, NYAV Post, VSI Los Angeles, and Iyuno-SDI Group, and maintain an additional career as a video editor and motion graphics designer.

Patneaude is best known as the English voice of Yudias Velgear, the alien protagonist from the Velgear Star Cluster in the long-running franchise Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!!. In the action fantasy series Record of Ragnarok, they voice the historical inventor Nikola Tesla, who is chosen as one of humanity’s champions to fight in the tournament of Ragnarok. Patneaude also appears in the superhero comedy series Go! Go! Loser Ranger! as two distinct characters, Hwalipon and Masashi Nishiki. Further anime credits include the role of Kiriyama in the romantic comedy Murai in Love, Tatsumi Akazu in I Want to Be His Prey, and Genri Sayou in the competitive anime Beyblade X.

Beyond television animation, Patneaude has an extensive career in video game voice acting. They are featured in major titles such as Genshin Impact as the character Kinich, Fire Emblem Heroes as Franz, Dynasty Warriors: Origins as Ziluan, and The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel as Quatre Salision. Their additional video game work includes roles in the mobile game Arknights, the strategy role-playing game Unicorn Overlord, the action RPG Visions of Mana, the farming adventure game Farmagia, and the rhythm game CookieRun: Kingdom.
