Felix Kamin

Description
Felix Kamin is a German voice actor based in Berlin. He entered the synchronization industry approximately two and a half to three years before July 2024, making his professional career in voice acting relatively recent compared to some of his peers.

Kamin is most recognized for his first leading role as Kafka Hibino, the protagonist of the anime series Kaiju No. 8. In this series, he voices the 32-year-old character who works for a kaiju corpse disposal company before gaining the ability to transform into a kaiju himself, a role Kamin has expressed a strong personal connection to because of the character's relatable, everyman qualities. He is also cast as Iwao Oguro, also known as Knuckleduster, in the series My Hero Academia: Vigilantes. His additional anime voice credits include the character Junichi Wanima in the series Blue Lock.

Kamin has participated in collaborative interviews with fellow voice actors Flemming Stein and Kristina Tietz to promote their work on Kaiju No. 8, discussing the creative process behind their characters and the series' unique premise of an older protagonist. His work on Kaiju No. 8 represents a significant career milestone, as it was his first major project and first time voicing a main character, a stark contrast to his colleagues who had decades of experience in the field.
