Gō Shinomiya is a Japanese voice actor born on June 6, 1975, in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. His blood type is A, and he stands 175 cm tall.

Shinomiya was inspired to pursue voice acting after watching Studio Ghibli films such as Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind. He graduated from the Katsuta Voice Actor Academy and later completed the fourth class of the training school School Duo. His professional career began in the early 2000s, with his first credited anime role in 2004. Beyond anime, Shinomiya is also a member of Kenken Park, a group of voice actors who perform picture book readings for children.

Throughout his career, Shinomiya has portrayed a wide array of supporting and lead characters. He has also voiced characters in the Super Mario franchise, including Rango, Knucklotec, and the Shiverians from Super Mario Odyssey.

Outside of character work, Shinomiya performs narration for documentaries on Japanese television and has worked on dubbing for international films and series. His dubbing credits include The Social Network and The Equalizer. His hobbies include reading, cooking, reciting Japanese poetry (shigin), and performing sword dance.
