Andrew Chandler is an American voice actor known for his work on the English dubs of numerous anime series and video games, primarily produced by Funimation. He was born on May 4 in Victoria, Texas, and has sometimes been credited as Andrew T. Chandler or Andy Chandler. Prior to his voice acting career, Chandler studied with the Quad C Theatre Program at Collin County Community College in Plano, Texas.

Chandler is most notably recognized as the voice of Cooler, the elder brother of the villain Frieza, in the Dragon Ball Z film series. He first voiced the character in Dragon Ball Z: Cooler's Revenge and reprised the role for the sequel, Dragon Ball Z: The Return of Cooler, in which he played the transformed Meta Cooler. His work in the Dragon Ball franchise extends beyond these films. He served as the Narrator for the Dragon Ball GT television series, a role he also performed for the television special Dragon Ball GT: A Hero's Legacy. Chandler provided voices for other characters in the series as well, including Giran and Spopovich.

Beyond the Dragon Ball universe, Chandler has an extensive list of anime credits. He played the role of Acqua of the Back in A Certain Magical Index II. He is also known for voicing Nick Tanaka in Eureka Seven AO, and provided voices for numerous other series such as Case Closed, Fairy Tail as Scorpio, Fullmetal Alchemist as Bald, and Yu Yu Hakusho as Byakko.

In addition to his work in animation, Chandler has been involved in radio since 2003, working as a voice talent, writer, and imaging producer for the Dallas, Texas radio station 100.3 Jack FM. He is also responsible for imaging for several other radio stations in the Dallas area and makes on-air appearances for the station. His career reflects a consistent presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth voice-over industry, balancing both anime dubbing and radio production.
