Rosalie Chiang is an American actress recognized for her work in voice acting for animated features and television series. She was born on October 1, 2005, and began her acting career around 2017. Her professional background includes roles in short films such as The Interns and Soiled before she transitioned to voice-over work.

Chiang gained prominence for her leading role as the voice of Meilin "Mei" Lee in the Pixar animated film Turning Red. Following this success, she became involved in the English dubbing of anime and international animated features. Her most notable anime voice role is Chika Amabe in the English dub of the Japanese animated film Suzume.
