Naoko Kōda, also known by the stage name Naoko Kouda, is a Japanese voice actress and actress. She was born Yumiko Satō on March 22, 1959, in Hokkaido, Japan, and is a graduate of the Nihon University College of Art. She has been active in the entertainment industry since 1979 and is currently affiliated with the agency Re-max, having previously been associated with Mausu Promotion.

Kōda has built a diverse career spanning anime, video games, tokusatsu dramas, and dubbing for foreign films and television series. In anime, she played the role of Chikako Kurotori in the series Kuromajyo-san ga Tōru!!, Dr. Xander in the film Appleseed: Ex Machina, Mannakka in Gold Lightan - The Golden Warrior, and Haruko Hoshi in Gyakuten Ippatsu-man. Additional anime roles include Rosemary Sendou in Saint Tail, Manjiro's Mother in Hidamari no Ki, and Tendou Awa in Girls Band Cry. In the film Techno Police 21C, she voiced the character Marionella Ayabe.

Her work in tokusatsu productions is particularly notable. She provided the voice for Shroud, the mysterious supporter whose real name is Fumine Sonozaki, in Kamen Rider W and reprised this role for the anime film Fuuto PI: The Portrait of Kamen Rider Skull. She also voiced the Sea Fist Demon Rageku in Juken Sentai Gekiranger and the Katchu Gamma in Kamen Rider Ghost.

Beyond Japanese productions, Kōda is a prolific voice actress for dubbing, lending her Japanese voice to numerous international actors. She is known as the regular Japanese dubbing voice for Sigourney Weaver and has also dubbed performances for actresses such as Jamie Lee Curtis, Angela Bassett, Emma Thompson, Julia Roberts, and Michelle Pfeiffer. Her extensive dubbing credits include Sybill Trelawney in the Harry Potter film series, Ramonda in Black Panther and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Laurie Strode in the Halloween film series, and Deirdre Beaubeirdre in Everything Everywhere All at Once.
