Oliver Krietsch-Matzura was a German actor and voice actor known for his extensive work in dubbing international films and television series for the German-speaking market. He was born on November 13, 1969, in Cologne, Germany, and pursued formal training in the performing arts at the Universität der Künste Berlin. His career was multifaceted, encompassing roles in front of the camera as a television and theater actor, as well as extensive work in voice-over and dubbing.

In the realm of anime and animation dubbing, Krietsch-Matzura provided the German voice for a wide array of characters. One notable role was Cain Kepler in the 2010 film Trigun: Badlands Rumble, where he voiced the character originally performed by Bin Shimada in Japanese. He also voiced the demon Mephisto Pheles in the series Blue Exorcist and its movie adaptation. His other prominent anime voice roles include Herr Nagaoka in the series Tari Tari, Fukushima Masanori in the German dub of the Samurai Warriors television series, Deldro Brody in the series Blood Blockade Battlefront, and the character Whisper in the series Yo-kai Watch.
