Jodi Forrest was an American voice actress who worked extensively in English-language dubs for French-produced animation and video games. Born on February 8, 1956, in Arlington, Virginia, she was based in Paris, France, for much of her career. Trained as a dancer and actress, her professional background also included live acting, directing, lighting design, opera singing, and teaching drama. Forrest passed away in December 2017 following a long illness.

Forrest is best known to international audiences for her prolific work on the English dub of the French animated series Code Lyoko, where she voiced the character Elisabeth "Sissi" Delmas across all four seasons. Beyond that lead role, she provided voices for numerous other characters on the show, including Suzanne Hertz, Yolanda Perraudin, Akiko Ishiyama, and a young Aelita Schaeffer.

Within the anime field, Forrest is recognized for her performances in the AB Groupe-produced English dubs of several Dragon Ball films and specials. In these specific dubs, she frequently voiced multiple major characters within the same production. Her roles in the Dragon Ball franchise included Goku, Gohan, and Bulma, as well as additional characters such as Puar, Chiaotzu, Fasha, and Zangya. These performances can be heard in numerous movies, including Dragon Ball Movie 1: Curse of the Blood Rubies, Dragon Ball Z: Dead Zone, Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest, Dragon Ball Z: Cooler's Revenge, Dragon Ball Z: Broly - The Legendary Super Saiyan, and several others. She also voiced Goku Jr. in the special Dragon Ball GT: A Hero's Legacy.

Beyond her television and anime work, Forrest had an extensive career in video game dubbing. She provided the voice for the character Jade in the cult classic Beyond Good & Evil. Her other notable video game roles included Agatha in Indigo Prophecy, as well as work on the Rayman franchise, Rabbids franchise, and Little Big Adventure 2. Her film dubbing work included roles in A Monster in Paris and Eleanor's Secret. She also contributed to the English dub of the French animated series Wakfu. Through her many projects in Paris, she frequently collaborated with fellow voice actors such as David Gasman.
