Hiromu Mineta is a Japanese voice actor born on June 24, 1995, in Yamagata Prefecture. He has been active in the industry since 2014 and is affiliated with the talent agency Stardust Promotion. Before focusing on voice acting, Mineta engaged in cosplaying, which included a collaboration to recreate a manga cover with a member of the idol group Nogizaka46.

Mineta's early career included supporting roles in series such as Orange, How to Keep a Mummy, and Tokyo Ghoul: Re. The year 2021 marked a significant turning point when he landed his first lead roles, voicing the titular character in Cestvs: The Roman Fighter and the main protagonist Yatora Yaguchi in the anime adaptation of Blue Period.
