Alex Doduk

Description
Alex Doduk, born Alexander Doduk on December 21, 1989, is an American voice actor and former child actor known for his work in English-language dubs of anime and animated productions during the late 1990s and early 2000s. He began his career as a child actor in television films before transitioning to voice work.

Doduk is recognized for several key anime voice roles. He provided the voice of Lan Hikari in the English version of MegaMan NT Warrior, holding the distinction of being the first actor to voice the character for fourteen episodes before being succeeded by Brad Swaile. In the anime series Inuyasha, he voiced the character Kohaku. He also portrayed José in the series Cybersix and took on the role of Vega Obscura in the English version of Zoids: New Century Zero.

Beyond these prominent roles, Doduk's anime voice acting credits include Yukio in Brain Powerd, the Prince Child in the Ocean Productions dub of The Vision of Escaflowne, Rufus in Melty Lancer, and Charlie in Mugen no Rivaiasu (Infinite Ryvius). He also contributed voices to non-anime animated productions, such as Jake Spankenheimer in Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer and Tommy in Barbie in the Nutcracker.

His career in voice acting was notably active during the early 2000s, and he was part of a generation of actors working on English dubs produced in Vancouver. A pattern in his career is the replacement of his roles by other actors due to his voice changing as he aged out of child roles, a notable example being his replacement by Danny McKinnon as the voice of Kohaku in Inuyasha.
