Elizabeth Stepkowski is a Canadian voice actor known for her work on several English-language dubs of anime productions in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Her voice acting credits are primarily associated with the Calgary-based Blue Water Studios, which produced dubs for series released by Bandai Entertainment.

Stepkowski performed multiple roles in the anime series Saber Marionette J to X. In this sequel series, she voiced the characters Panther and Tiger, two of the saber dolls created by Dr. Faust. The English dub for this production was handled by Blue Water Studios. She also took on the role of Valeria Vertone, the tactical officer and second-in-command of the battleship Angel Links, in the space opera series Angel Links. The character was originally voiced in Japanese by Atsuko Tanaka.

In addition to these roles, Stepkowski contributed to the English dub of Ceres, Celestial Legend, where she provided voices for several supporting characters including a doctor, a character identified as Kagami's Fiancee, Ms. Akiyama, and Shuro Tsukasa. She also appeared in the series Fancy Lala, voicing the character Mamkio Shinohara.

Beyond her anime voice acting, Stepkowski has maintained a career as a stage director, actor, singer, and educator in her hometown of Calgary.
