Shannon Settlemyre is an American voice actress and ADR voice director known for her work in English-language dubs of anime films and series. She was born on June 4, 1979, in New Hanover County, North Carolina. Her career has been primarily associated with Coastal Studios and Swirl Films, where she has undertaken both voice performance and directing responsibilities.

Settlemyre is best recognized for her long-running role as Lum in the English dubs of the Urusei Yatsura film series. Her performances in this franchise include several movies: Urusei Yatsura: Only You, Urusei Yatsura: Remember My Love, Urusei Yatsura: Lum The Forever, Urusei Yatsura: The Final Chapter, and Urusei Yatsura: Always My Darling. In addition to voicing Lum, she also provided the voice for the character Ten in each of these same films. Beyond her acting duties on the Urusei Yatsura movies, she also worked on the English versions in other capacities, including ADR direction, casting, and additional crew roles.

Her other notable anime voice roles include Yuiko Hawatari and Youji Sagan in the series Loveless. She also voiced Akira Ijunn in Clamp School Detectives and provided the voice for Hello Kitty in the series Growing Up With Hello Kitty.
