Russell Roberts is a Welsh-born Canadian actor recognized for his work in stage, screen, and animation voice-over. Born in 1956 in Wales, he later became based in Canada, where he built a career that includes a significant body of work in English-language anime dubbing.

Roberts is perhaps best known among anime fans for his role as Chief Daisuke Aramaki in the Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex franchise. He provides the English voice for the head of Public Security Section 9 in the compilation films The Laughing Man and Individual Eleven, which re-edit the events of the television series. His portrayal of the stern yet fiercely loyal chief is part of the Ocean Productions dub for these features.

Another prominent role in his animeography is Phyllo in the 2006 series.hack//Roots. Phyllo is a wise, floating sage character who serves as a mentor and guide to the protagonist, Haseo, within the online game world The World R:2. Roberts voiced this experienced character across all twenty-six episodes of the series.

Earlier in his career, Roberts appeared in the Zoids franchise. He voiced the character Hop in the 2003 series Zoids: Fuzors. Hop is a supporting member of the Mach Storm team, often depicted as a stressed, paper-pushing manager who handles logistics and worries over the team's finances.
