Yuka Saitou is a Japanese voice actress born on November 13, 1986, in Fukushima Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production. Saitou stands 165 cm tall and has blood type O.

Saitou is a graduate of the Amusement Media综合学院 (Amusement Media Comprehensive Academy). She made her debut as a voice actress in 2008, with her first credited role being a housewife in the anime series Antique Bakery. Her first major breakthrough came in 2009 when she was cast as红叶知弦 (Chizuru Akaba), the student council secretary, in the popular anime series Student Council's Discretion. This role also led to her becoming a member of the voice actress unit "Hekiyou Gakuen Seitokai" alongside her co-stars to perform the series' theme songs.

Since her debut, Saitou has built an extensive filmography across anime, video games, and original video animations. In anime, some of her notable roles include Ena Seishuin in Campione!, several characters in the Junji Ito Collection anthology series, and Suu Roasie in Dragon Ball Super.
