Yuka Saitou is a Japanese voice actress born on November 13, 1986, in Fukushima Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production. Saitou stands 165 cm tall and has blood type O.
Saitou is a graduate of the Amusement Media综合学院 (Amusement Media Comprehensive Academy). She made her debut as a voice actress in 2008, with her first credited role being a housewife in the anime series Antique Bakery. Her first major breakthrough came in 2009 when she was cast as红叶知弦 (Chizuru Akaba), the student council secretary, in the popular anime series Student Council's Discretion.
