In the realm of animated series, Sinigalia is known for providing the voice of Calypso in the Franco-Japanese science fiction adaptation Ulysses 31. She also voiced the role of Simone, the mother of the protagonist, in the series Charlotte. Her other anime voice work includes providing multiple voices for the series Sport Billy.

Sinigalia has had a prolific career as a dubbing artist for live-action films and television series. She is the regular French voice for several major Hollywood actresses, including Cybill Shepherd and Meryl Streep.
