Im Seongpyo is a voice actor known for his work in Korean-language dubs of Japanese anime. He has portrayed several notable characters across major franchises, particularly in the Dragon Ball series. In Dragon Ball Z, he provided the first voice for the character Majin Buu. He later took on dual roles in Dragon Ball GT, voicing both the parasitic alien Baby and the Earth's mightiest warrior Krillin in the Daewon VHS dub. Beyond the Dragon Ball universe, his film work includes the role of the antagonist Carozzo Ronah, also known as Iron Mask, in the movie Mobile Suit Gundam F91. His other television credits include playing Flaizzard in the 1991 series Dragon Quest: Dai no Daibōken and voicing both Itsuki and Takato Yoichi in The File of Young Kindaichi.
