Jannemien Cnossen, also known as Jann Cnossen, is a Dutch voice actress, singer, violinist, and casting director born on March 28, 1972. She graduated from The Hague with a master's degree in jazz singing, a background that contributes to her vocal versatility.

Cnossen has provided Dutch voices for a wide array of animated films, television series, and video games. Her extensive voice credits include prominent roles in major anime and animated properties. She is known as the Dutch voice of Lady Eboshi in the Studio Ghibli film Princess Mononoke. In the Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea Dutch dub, she voiced the characters Karen and one of Ponyo's sisters, Zusjes 3. Her work in the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise includes voicing Alexis Rhodes in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX.
