Smokey Delange is a pseudonym used by Charles Clinton Campbell, an American ADR director, recording engineer, and voice actor born in Houston, Texas on November 16, 1968. He has worked extensively for ADV Films, Seraphim Digital, and Funimation, providing voices for numerous English language dubs of Japanese anime series.

Campbell began his career as ADV Films' first in-house ADR audio engineer, working on classic titles such as Neon Genesis Evangelion, Blue Seed, Battle Angel, and Golden Boy before moving to Austin in 1998 to open Monster Island Studios. His directorial and writing debut came with Lost Universe in 2000, and he later directed the 105 episode dub of Science Ninja Team Gatchaman.

Under the name Smokey Delange, Campbell is known for the role of Chairman Kurihara in the series Prison School. He also provides the voice for Mercury, a messenger dog and Private First Class in the Imperial Army's State Section III, in the series Pumpkin Scissors (episodes one through four). Additional notable voice roles include Wakaba Mine in Fairy Tail, Carne and Zenny in One Piece, Giolio Comanche in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Shuichiro Keido in Guilty Crown, Mana Walker in D.Gray man, and Toyoshisa Senguji in Psycho Pass. He has also performed as the narrator for Golden Boy and Pumpkin Scissors. Campbell continues to work as a voice actor and occasional director, including work on the Rurouni Kenshin: New Kyoto Arc for Sentai Filmworks.
