Masaaki Ōkura is a Japanese voice actor born on November 5 in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. He is known for his work in anime films and television series from the 1980s. One of his most prominent roles is Yamagata, a member of the Capsules biker gang, in the landmark 1988 cyberpunk film Akira. His other credited voice roles include Me-Mania and Uchida, as well as Eiji Shinjo. He also voiced the character Al in the series Dominion Tank Police. Additional roles in his filmography include Akira Amachi in Machine Robo: Battle Hackers, Naoki Aizawa in Bite Me! Chameleon, Taketo Yūki in Dennō Bōkenki Webdiver, and Tomokimi Katsutori in Yajikita Gakuen Dōchūki.
