Sae-Hae Kim is a South Korean voice actor born on December 11, 1986. She began her career in April 2009 as a member of the 7th generation of the CJ ENM Voice Actor Theater Association and has worked as a freelancer since 2012. Known for a clear and bright vocal tone, she is capable of performing a wide range of characters, from cute girls and calm young ladies to mature women, boys, and villainous characters.

Kim secured her first major role through an audition early in her career, playing Ruru de Molser in the series Character Character Change, which earned her positive reviews. She later took on the lead role of Pitch in the redub of Wedding Peach. Her notable anime roles include Song Yumi and Serena in Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V, the twins Osomatsu and Kara Matsu in Mr. Osomatsu, and Alice Yotsuba / Cure Rosetta in DokiDoki! PreCure. In the Aikatsu! franchise, she voiced Lila, a vampire character, in I am Star!. Her other animation credits include Bong Mi-ja in Crayon Shin-chan, Milfy, Jessica, and Randy in Pokémon XY, as well as roles in Secret Jouju, The Haunted House, and Tokyo Magnitude 8.0.

In video games, Kim is known for her performance as Dorothy in Goddess of Victory: Nikke, a role she has cited as a significant character in her career. She has also appeared in several Pinkfong animated films as the voice of Jeni, including Pinkfong Wonderstars Special Episode: Hogi and the Stolen Car and Pinkfong Cinema Concert 3: Catch the Gingerbread Man. She has served as a professor in the Voice Actor Department at Seoul Arts Practical College.
