Julie Franklin is a former American voice actress known for her work with the FUNimation Entertainment dubbing studio. Her career in anime voice acting was primarily active during the early 2000s. She is best recognized for providing the voice of Agent Mai, a member of the Pilaf Gang, in the FUNimation English dub of the original Dragon Ball anime series.

Franklin's most significant and recurring role was in Dragon Ball, where she voiced the character Mai across multiple episodes of the original series. Beyond her primary role as Mai, she contributed a wide range of additional voices to the Dragon Ball franchise. Her additional credits in Dragon Ball include characters such as Apple Boy, Chensi's Mother, Indian Woman, Islamic Girl, Lyla, Mama Monkey, a Mermaid, Rabbit Woman, and a Villager Walla, among several others. She also reprised her role as Mai in the sequel series Dragon Ball GT and provided additional voices for Dragon Ball Z, including a Cleaning Lady and a Freaked Out Girl. Outside of the Dragon Ball franchise, Franklin had a minor voice role in the anime series YuYu Hakusho: Ghost Files as a Relieved Woman.
