Debbie Munro, who also works under the name Deb Munro, is a voice actor and coach with over thirty years of experience in the industry. She is an award-winning veteran known for her work in animation, video games, and commercial voiceovers, and has also worked as a casting director. Beyond her performance career, she has been a voice acting coach for over fifteen years, teaching students worldwide.

Munro is perhaps best known for her role as Mai in the animated series Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball GT. She provided the voice for the character in the Blue Water dubbed version of the series. Her other notable voice roles include Carla Carumba in the series Benjamin The Elephant, Bustiana in the Gundarr series, Richard in BusyTownMysteries, and Granny in Turbo Fantasy. In the video game industry, she has provided voices for the Disney game Pirates of the Caribbean and NeverWinters Night with Bioware. She has also worked as a narrator for the series True Pulp Murder.
