Manuel Bastos is a Venezuelan voice actor recognized for his extensive work in anime dubbing for Latin American Spanish. He is also a theater actor, with his voice work spanning numerous series and films produced primarily in Venezuela and Miami.

Bastos is prominently known for voicing the character Enji Todoroki, also known as the Pro Hero Endeavor, in the Latin American Spanish dub of the popular anime series My Hero Academia. He has lent his voice to this role across multiple television seasons, including the second, third, fourth, and sixth installments. His portrayal of Endeavor extends to the franchise's feature films, including My Hero Academia THE MOVIE: World Heroes' Mission. In the same series, he also provided the voice for the character Giran in its second and third seasons.
