Darrel Guilbeau is an American voice actor known for his work in anime dubbing and video games. Born on March 31, 1962, he began his career in voice acting in 2004 after friends encouraged him to audition for a role. He won the title role of Gainer Sanga in the series Overman King Gainer, which marked his entry into the industry.

Guilbeau is perhaps best recognized for providing the voice of Mikado Ryugamine in the popular anime series Durarara!!, a role he later reprised for its sequel, Durarara!!×2. He has also taken on other leading roles, such as the title character Rikuo Nura in Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan and its follow-up, Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan - Demon Capital. His other significant anime credits include Hakuryuu Ren in the Magi series and Amaimon in Blue Exorcist, a role that extended to the series' movie adaptation.

His filmography also includes the role of Ichitaka Seto in both I"s and I"s Pure, Gael in Heroes: Legend of the Battle Disks, and Satoshi Hojo in When They Cry - Higurashi. Beyond these, Guilbeau has voiced characters in a wide array of other anime, including Samurai Champloo, Paranoia Agent, Buso Renkin, Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit, Zoids Genesis, and Bleach.

In addition to his work in anime, Guilbeau has an extensive list of credits in video games. Notably, he voiced the protagonist Layle in Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers and Viewtiful Joe in Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds and its update. His other game roles include Yue Jin and Xu Shu in the Dynasty Warriors series, Wylfred in Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume, and various characters in titles such as Avalon Code and Shenmue III.

Guilbeau has been a guest of honor at numerous anime conventions, including the Melbourne Anime Festival, Supanova Comic Con, and various events in the United States, where he has participated in Q&A panels and signing sessions with fans.
