Mandy Clark is an American voice actress born on June 9, 1982, who was active in the English dubbing of anime in the early 2000s. She began her career by auditioning for ADV Films in the year 2000 without any prior formal drama training. Her first voice role was in an episode of the series Excel Saga.

Clark is primarily noted for her role as Tomo Takino in the English-language dub of the popular series Azumanga Daioh. Her other significant roles from this period include Arisu Fujisaki in Angelic Layer, Mizuki Inaba in Full Metal Panic!, and Mawata Awayuki in Pretear. She also provided voices for several characters in Excel Saga, including Cosette Sara and Anne Anzai. In the series Najica Blitz Tactics, she voiced the character Kirara Mitsuboshi, Najica's assistant in her perfume business. For the original video animation (OVA) of Ushio & Tora, she voiced Mayuko Inoue, the best friend of the character Asako. Her other credits include Erukarena in Orphen: Revenge, Pen-Pen in the director's cut of Neon Genesis Evangelion, Potée in the Sorcerer Hunters OVA, Reika Mishima in RahXephon, multiple roles in Saiyuki, and Sister Anna in the first fifteen episodes of Chrono Crusade.

Clark retired from voice acting in 2004 to attend college. She returned to Houston, Texas in early 2006 after graduating. Following her voice acting career, she has worked as a freelance digital artist and designer.
