A group of delinquent high school girls in Tokyo's Shinjuku district decides to seize control of the local organized crime underworld by eliminating as many gangsters as possible. Their plan begins in earnest when they rob and kill two black-market arms dealers, making off with a substantial arsenal of handguns, shotguns, and automatic weapons. Armed and emboldened, the gang openly carries their weapons through the streets and pursues terrified yakuza across a beach in their bikinis, firing their shotguns. The story takes place after the events of the first film, with teenage crime lord Riki Fudoh having apparently transferred to a high school in Shinjuku. However, he is relegated to a minor supporting role, mostly appearing in a few scenes to look moody before being beaten up by the schoolgirl gang. The fearsome yakuza enforcer Daigen Nohma, despite his prominent placement on promotional materials, makes only two brief cameo appearances and is largely absent from the action. The narrative focuses instead on the escalating violent campaign of the schoolgirls, who operate with near-feral energy as they shoot their way through the city streets and rooftops in an attempt to seize power for themselves.
