Description
Shalltear Bloodfallen, a true vampire crafted by Supreme Being Peroroncino, acts as Floor Guardian for the Great Tomb of Nazarick’s first three levels. Her personality—intentionally designed with adult game influences—blends sadomasochistic tendencies, necrophilic desires, and a fierce rivalry with Albedo over Ainz Ooal Gown’s attention.

Visually, she mimics a youthful gothic aristocrat with silver hair swept into a high ponytail, crimson irises, and porcelain skin, clad in ornate lolita attire. Artificially enhanced proportions mask her naturally slender frame, a deception maintained to evade mockery. Her battle attire shifts to blood-red plate armor adorned with avian motifs and a swan-shaped helm when engaged in combat. In vampiric true form, her spine curves grotesquely, claws extend, and a circular, lamprey-like maw replaces her mouth.

Early behavior showcased reckless bloodlust, often derailing missions through uncontrolled slaughter—a consequence of her "Blood Frenzy" skill amplifying power while eroding restraint upon bloodscent. A turning point emerged after enemy mind-control via World-Class Item forced Ainz to annihilate and resurrect her. This humiliation spurred introspection, fostering disciplined strategy: she now tracks enemy forces meticulously, offers tactical surrenders, and oversees logistics like Nazarick’s transportation network, earning the moniker "Arinsu Moving Company."

Combat prowess cements her as Nazarick’s apex duelist, excelling in protracted solo battles. Class distribution spans 20 vampire racial levels and 80 across Valkyrie, Cursed Knight, and cleric roles. She wields holy-element spells like Purifying Javelin and the life-draining Spuit Lance, complemented by abilities such as summoning a stat-mirroring Einherjar clone or negating fatal strikes thrice daily via Time Reverse.

Relationships mirror her creator’s dynamics: a playful, sibling-like bond with Aura Bella Fiora contrasts her venomous rivalry with Albedo. Romantic fixation on undead beings, including Yuri Alpha, aligns with her necrophilic nature.

Design notes reveal Peroroncino originally conceived her as flat-chested, though the illustrator later modified her silhouette, necessitating teleportation use to secure her figure-enhancing padding. Her moral alignment registers as "-450" karma, cementing ruthless devotion to Nazarick’s cause.
