Reiji Kizaki commands Tamakoma First, one of Border's strongest squads, as an A-class agent aligned with the diplomatic Tamakoma Branch. He mentors junior agents—including sniper trainee Chika Amatori and former pupils Kyōsuke Karasuma and Tetsuji Arafune. A founding member of Border's original 19 agents approximately 4.5 to 5 years ago, he remained with Tamakoma after Masamune Kido's reorganization.
