Description
Fireball is a core member of the Star Sheriffs, serving as the pilot of the transforming combat vehicle known as the Ramrod Equalizer Unit. Before joining the team, Fireball had a successful career as a race car driver, having won the Yuma Grand Prix. His background as a champion racer makes him the youngest driving champion in history, and he brings exceptional piloting skills and a naturally competitive spirit to the group. He drives the Red Fury Racer, a high-speed vehicle armed with an extensive arsenal of weapons.

In terms of personality, Fireball is often characterized as having a somewhat quick temper and a hot-headed demeanor, which stands in contrast to the more level-headed and stoic leader of the group, Saber Rider. He can be impulsive, but his skills as a mechanic are equally notable, making him the team's engineering and technical expert. He is recruited alongside Saber Rider and Colt by April Eagle to form the Ramrod Unit, tasked with protecting the New Frontier from the invading Outriders.

One of Fireball's most significant roles in the story involves his relationship with his teammate, the intelligent and resourceful April Eagle. While April initially had romantic feelings for their leader, Saber Rider, he was either unaware of or oblivious to her affections. Consequently, April begins a romantic relationship with Fireball instead, making him the object of her interest for much of the series. This dynamic is a recurring element in his interactions with the team. Throughout various missions, Fireball often finds himself in perilous situations, requiring rescue by his fellow Star Sheriffs. He also serves as the secondary controller for the heavy weaponry located in the Ramrod's chest region.
