Ulisses Bezerra is a Brazilian actor and voice actor, born on June 25, 1969, in São Paulo. He is part of a prominent family in the Brazilian dubbing industry, being the older brother of fellow voice actors Wendel Bezerra and Úrsula Bezerra.

Bezerra began his artistic career as a child actor. He started working at the now-defunct TV Tupi and continued acting on other networks such as Bandeirantes, TV Cultura, SBT, and Globo, appearing in various programs and telenovelas. His first novela was Meu pé de Laranja Lima, and in 1981, he won the APCA Trophy for best male revelation for his role in the novela Os Imigrantes. Concurrent with his on-screen acting, he began working in dubbing, initially voicing boys in films and tokusatsu series like Jaspion. His first major voice role was Charlie Brown in the Peanuts franchise.

He is widely recognized for his extensive work dubbing anime.
