Description
Eiji Todoroki leads the Setagaya Tribe, a Neo-Tokyo faction wielding wealth and material resources for dominance. He believes financial power guarantees success in Extreme Baseball (XB), leveraging his resources to secure advantages.
Eiji obsesses over money and openly despises the poor, viewing monetary power as the ultimate solution. This extends to his leadership, where he buys XB victories and recruits support through financial incentives, including bikini-clad women for his entourage.
In combat, Eiji functions as a Tank. His abilities focus on resource generation and battlefield control:
* His passive ability, "The Stockholder," recharges party members' Ultimate Gauges when surrounded by fighting allies, granting him "Euphoria" stacks to enhance support.
* "Money Is Power!" scatters money upward, recharging allies' Ultimate Gauges while temporarily enhancing his "Billionaire Law" normal attacks.
* "My Turn To Shine!" deploys a spotlight via a red-carpet AoE attack, taunting all enemies within range. The spotlight persists until its duration ends or Eiji moves away.
* Offensive techniques include "Glycemic Ball," a piercing plasma projectile inflicting Pressure Impairment, and "Golden Cross," a follow-up attack guaranteed to inflict Pressure Impairment on shocked enemies.
Rank upgrades enhance Eiji's combat effectiveness. "Brilliant Me!" reduces damage taken during "My Turn To Shine!" while "Got Everything Me!" grants party members critical rate boosts based on Euphoria stacks when activating "Money Is Power!".
As part of the Trash Tribe alliance, Eiji contributes to resistance efforts against Zero and the 24 Tribe's control over Neo-Tokyo. Despite its dismissive name, the Trash Tribe demonstrates significant capability during liberation campaigns.
