Escanor is a major character in The Seven Deadly Sins: Revival of The Commandments, known as the Lion’s Sin of Pride and recognized as the most powerful member of the Seven Deadly Sins. He is a human male, approximately 40 years old, with a deeply unusual personal history.

After years of wandering and being treated as an outcast, he was eventually discovered by Merlin and Meliodas, who recruited him into the ranks of the Seven Deadly Sins.
