Description
Valco, a human male explorer active in the Imperial Era, upholds an alliance with F, a fugitive Jedi, rooted in his past friendship with her Jedi Master, Shad-Rah. He calls upon F to the planet Keelia, specifically Meevai Village, where local raiders employing salvaged Separatist battle droids terrorize the community. These raiders demand the village chief as collateral; instead, the chief's granddaughter, Haru, volunteers. Valco orchestrates F's intervention by revealing this crisis during the celebration of Haru's marriage to Asu.
Possessing deep knowledge of Keelia's ecosystem and the villagers' traditions, Valco explains their profound connection to nature and their term for the Force, "Magina." He guides F through the wedding rituals and highlights how the Clone Wars' resource stripping left the planet exposed to new threats. He voices a perspective on conflict, stating, "That's all that war is, nothing but loss," a view which triggers F's flashbacks to Order 66 and her master's death.
When the raiders, led by Lord Izuma, arrive to claim Haru, Valco takes a tactical position on a high cliff, providing sniper support targeting the battle droids. Overwhelmed, he hurls his explosives-packed helmet as an improvised weapon, destroying the raiders' starship. This act severs the control signal to the droids, deactivating them. Following F's defeat of Izuma and Haru's rescue, Valco elects to remain on Keelia with the villagers while F departs.
