Description
In the anime Ulysses 31, Circe is a powerful enchantress who resides on the planet Aim. She serves as the primary antagonist in the episode The Magic Spells of Circe, where she lures Ulysses and his crew into her domain through manipulation and magic.
Circe is driven by grand and defiant ambitions. Her primary motivation is to accumulate all the knowledge in the universe, which she intends to store within a giant tower she is constructing.
