Iu Shindo, a third-year junior high student and classmate of Yotsuya Yusuke, is a popular athlete abruptly thrust into a parallel game-like world alongside Kusue Hakozaki before Yotsuya’s arrival. Designated as the “Magician” by the Game Master, she wields magic essential for overcoming time-limited quests.

Her survival hinges on uneasy alliances with Yotsuya and Kusue as they confront missions laced with moral ambiguity and escalating danger. The group later expands to include Keita Torii and Glenda, though shifting loyalties and new adversaries test their cohesion.
