Victoria Frenz is a German voice actress known for her extensive work in dubbing anime, animation, and live-action films and series. Born in Berlin on March 15, 1992, she began working in voice acting at the age of five in 1997. Her early career included voicing characters in prominent anime series such as Akiko Tani in Detektiv Conan, Suzie Lee in Digimon Tamers, and Panji in the Dragon Ball film Dragon Ball – Die Legende von Shenlong.

Frenz has become a familiar voice in German dubs of anime, taking on numerous leading and supporting roles. She is the German voice for the character Priestess across the Goblin Slayer franchise, including the television series and the film Goblin Slayer: Goblin's Crown. Her other notable anime roles include Yuzu Roromori in The Ones Within, Iu Shindou in I'm Standing on 1,000,000 Lives, Matsuri Tendou in 7SEEDS, and Onee-san in the film Penguin Highway. She also voiced Julia in the Lupin III film Farewell to Nostradamus, Akiza Izinski in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's and the film Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D: Bonds Beyond Time, Ryou Nishihara in Wanna Be the Strongest in the World, and Lilith Kishimoto in Holy Knight.

Beyond these specific roles, Frenz's voice work spans a wide range of anime, including Rea Sanka in Sankarea: Undying Love, Yomi in Senran Kagura: Ninja Flash!, Shizuka Sakaki in Shirobako, and Sagiri Yamada Asaemon in Hell's Paradise. Her versatility is also evident in her work on non-anime productions. She has been the standard German voice for actress Lily Collins since 2010 and has dubbed Hailee Steinfeld in films like True Grit. Her live-action dubbing credits include Cheryl Blossom in Riverdale, Phoebe Thunderman in Die Thundermans, and characters in series such as Madam Secretary and Young Royals. She has also voiced Rose Tico for the German releases of the Star Wars sequel trilogy.

Frenz completed her Abitur (university entrance qualification) at a Berlin gymnasium in 2011. Her brother, Jonas Frenz, is also active in the voice acting industry.
