Description
Nobutaka Osanai rose to become the Eighth Generation Leader of the Shinjuku-controlling delinquent gang, Moebius. Born December 5, 1988, he stood 182 cm tall as a teenager and grew to 185 cm in adulthood. His youthful appearance featured a bleached pompadour, a diagonal forehead scar, and the distinctive red Moebius uniform bearing "Eighth Generation President" on the sleeve. As an adult, his hair darkened to black, he developed a hunchback, gained weight, lost teeth, and typically wore construction work attire.

Before leading Moebius, Osanai operated alone, targeting delinquents indiscriminately without alliances. His partnership with Tetta Kisaki propelled him to power, though he later acknowledged Kisaki manipulated him due to his own lack of strategic thinking, admitting he was "a fool who is only good at combat."

Osanai possessed exceptional boxing skills, dominating fighters like Ryouhei Hayashi (Pah-chin). His raw power and technique ranked him among the strongest combatants. Despite this, Manjiro Sano (Mikey) knocked him out with a single kick. When Osanai later tried to ambush Mikey with a broken bottle, Ken Ryuguji (Draken) effortlessly subdued him.

During the conflict with the Tokyo Manji Gang, Osanai ordered an attack on Pah-chin's friend, resulting in the rape of the victim's girlfriend – an act orchestrated by Kisaki to incite conflict. This violation of delinquent codes drew Draken's condemnation. Immediately after Osanai's defeat, Pah-chin stabbed him in retaliation, hospitalizing him and forcing his resignation from Moebius leadership.

In the original timeline where Draken died, Osanai's life deteriorated. By 2017, he worked as a construction apprentice and later a factory laborer, enduring regular abuse from his boss without resistance. His personality shifted from arrogant and violent to meek and apologetic, embodying extreme passivity. Confronted by Takemichi Hanagaki and Naoto Tachibana about Draken's death, he denied involvement, revealing Kisaki manipulated the events that ruined his life. He expressed regret over Draken's demise, acknowledging it precipitated his downfall.

Trivia notes include his admiration for John Travolta, his dream of operating a club, and his image color of wine red.
