Francesco Rizzi is an Italian voice actor known for his extensive work in the dubbing of anime, animation, and video games. Born in Milan on September 25, 1988, his passion for cinema and acting led him to the performing arts through theater, which served as a foundational training ground before he pursued a dedicated course in dubbing. This pathway helped him establish a career in a sound studio, where he became a regular voice for numerous characters.

Rizzi's career in animation is prolific, particularly within the anime genre, where he has lent his voice to a wide array of characters. He is the Italian voice of Picchiatore (Brawler) in the cyberpunk series Akudama Drive. In the educational and popular series Cells at Work!, he voices a Naive T Cell. His roles in long-running and globally successful franchises include voicing Charon in Fire Force and multiple characters in My Hero Academia, where he is the voice of both the pro-hero Fat Gum and the villain Spinner.
