Description
Ken Ryūgūji, alias Draken, is the vice-president and founding member of the Tokyo Manji Gang. Born May 10, 1990, he stands 185 cm tall, weighs 75 kg, and has blood type O. His striking appearance features a shaved head adorned with a dragon tattoo coiled across his left temple, blonde hair braided on top with loose strands framing his face, and a remarkably muscular physique for a teenager. He commonly wears the Tokyo Manji Gang's standard uniform ("Toppoku") or a patterned long jacket casually.

Raised without traditional family in a Shibuya brothel, he found shelter with the owner. Performing minor maintenance tasks while avoiding the establishment's main business, he formed bonds with the women working there, shaping his fiercely independent and protective character. Draken balances intense loyalty with pragmatic leadership. He thrives in combat, respecting worthy opponents, yet displays maturity and rationality, frequently mediating disputes and upholding principles like accepting consequences—demonstrated when he supported Pah-chin's surrender to police. Despite a reserved exterior, he shows deep care for close associates, especially Manjirō Sano (Mikey), whom he wakes daily, carries when tired, and indulges. He also gifted Mikey's sister, Emma Sano, a coveted plushie for her birthday, hinting at deeper feelings.

His combat prowess is renowned. Possessing immense strength, he could defeat dozens single-handedly, surviving blunt head trauma and a near-fatal stabbing. His brutally efficient style relies on powerful punches and kicks, even staggering larger opponents like South Terano. While formidable, his strength falls short of Mikey's, evident in their unresolved duel during the Kanto Manji conflict. Beyond fighting, he excels at mechanical repair, specializing in motorcycles like his Kawasaki Zephyr 400, and aspires to run a motorcycle shop. He also fixes appliances in his residence.

Draken's fate shifted across timelines due to Takemichi Hanagaki's interventions. Originally, he died from Kiyomasa's stabbing during the Moebius conflict, indirectly triggering Mikey's descent. Takemichi prevented this death. In a revised future, Kisaki Tetta manipulated Draken into murder, leading to a death row sentence. Following Kisaki's defeat, Draken co-owned a motorcycle shop with Inui Seishu. However, protecting Takemichi and Senju Kawaragi during a confrontation, he was shot fatally. His final act urged Takemichi to safeguard Mikey, expressing contentment at reuniting with Emma.

He prefers hot curry, dedicates himself to muscle training, and ranks as Tokyo Manji Gang's "number 2" in arm wrestling. In popularity polls, he ranked ninth among series characters and second in both "Top Boyfriends" and "Top Husbands" surveys. His motorcycle remains the Kawasaki Zephyr 400.
