She dubbed Yuta "Yuusha" (Hero), considering him her sole true friend. Their close partnership featured shared chuunibyou exploits, including imaginative riverside scenarios and confronting perceived threats like barking dogs. Shichimiya abruptly transferred schools during their second year without informing Yuta, leaving their bond unresolved.

Shichimiya possesses pink hair styled in pigtails and blue-green eyes. Her distinctive attire features a red jumper skirt, long black knee socks, and a notably long dark blue scarf extending to her ankles. A recurring element is a pink heart-shaped sticker on her left cheek, originally placed on her right cheek during middle school flashbacks. Yuta created and gave her this sticker during their time together, symbolizing their past connection.

Her personality is playful and mischievous, often marked by a signature laugh ("Niii-hahahaha").
