Juri Nagatsuma is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Hokkaido, born on October 27, 1988. She is affiliated with the talent agency Raccoon Dog.

Her path to voice acting was unique. Initially aspiring to be a manga artist, she later pursued voice acting against her parents' wishes. To satisfy them, she first trained as a nurse and obtained a practical nurse qualification. She worked in healthcare while attending the Pro-Fit Voice Acting Training School at night, successfully balancing both careers before fully committing to the entertainment industry.

Nagatsuma made her anime debut in 2010 as Hazuki Nōge in the original video animation Koe de Oshigoto!. Her first major breakthrough came in 2013 with the role of Kanna Makino in Tamako Market. Since then, she has built a substantial career with a wide variety of roles across anime, video games, and music.

She is known for several prominent and recurring characters. In the Yuki Yuna is a Hero franchise, she voices the character Karin Miyoshi across multiple series, including the original, Hero Chapter, The Great Mankai Chapter, and Churutto!. In the Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions! series, she plays Satone Shichimiya, a role she has reprised in sequels and films. Other notable roles include Yūka Sasaki in Circlet Princess, Yuri Carlton in Wise Man's Grandchild, Kuuka in Princess Connect! Re:Dive, and Shinobu Izue in Assault Lily Bouquet. In 2014, Nagatsuma expanded her career into music, debuting as a singer with the single Ienai Ice Cream under the ZERO-A label. She has since released more music and frequently performs character songs for the series in which she appears.

Following the closure of Pro-Fit in March 2022, she moved to her current agency, Raccoon Dog. She is known for her cheerful and friendly personality and is often referred to by colleagues and fans by nicknames such as "Juri-chan" and "Wife".
