Description
Iu Shindō, a central character, emerges as a popular athletic high school student scouted for fashion modeling due to her striking appearance—long blonde hair and brown eyes. Her past holds significant adversity: family ties to biker gangs triggered teacher bullying during elementary school, compounded by the suicide of her bullied role model Sayuri. These events shape her social strategy, driving her to adopt a "good kid" persona for acceptance and rely on friendships for strength.

Transported to an alternate world with classmates, she gains the Wind Mage job class, wielding wind magic at the cost of diminished physical strength and athletic prowess, weakening her real-world tennis performance. Initially limited to generating breezes, she applies magic creatively in combat—like defeating a troll by channeling wind into its head. Advancing to Rank 10 Wind Mage, she trains under knight Kahabell, who recognizes her combat potential, adding Sword and Spear warrior classes.

Pragmatic and methodical, she executes missions with focus, her stoic exterior occasionally masking underlying emotions. She prioritizes teamwork and objectives, deploying calculated battle strategies such as exploiting monster weaknesses or coordinating allies. Her adaptability extends to weapon proficiency, shifting from staff to swords and spears as her classes evolve.

She forms close bonds with transported peers, especially respecting Yūsuke Yotsuya's leadership during quests. After the sixth round, she briefly dates Haruka Yotsuya, but irreconcilable differences in values—shaped by alternating between the perilous other world and ordinary life—end the relationship. Among summoned heroes, she endures profound personal losses from the other world's challenges.

Her development involves reconciling her real-world identity with other-world demands, balancing her belief in friendship against survival and combat's harsh realities. Lingering Wind Mage effects persistently weaken her physical abilities upon returning to the real world, symbolizing her dual existence's enduring impact.
