Description
Kei is a young woman in her mid-to-late teens who becomes a central figure in the struggle against the destructive psychic forces threatening Neo-Tokyo. She is a dedicated member of a resistance movement, an anti-government organization fighting against the political corruption and military control that defines the futuristic metropolis. Kei stands approximately five feet six inches tall and is physically capable, traits that serve her well in the dangerous world she inhabits.
