Description
Minoru Wagari is a student of Miden Academy’s Class 1-A, where he serves as the class representative. He comes from a prominent exorcist family and was raised with a strong sense of being an elite. This upbringing shaped his perfectionist personality: he unquestionably believes himself to be destined for greatness and carries a sense of noblesse oblige, feeling that his elevated position obligates him to improve society and guide those he perceives as beneath him. His pride is a central trait, and it suffered a significant blow when another student, Kukuru, was scouted by Yoimaru Asaki, a highly respected medium whom Minoru admired. That event prompted Minoru to abandon his traditional mediumship training and convert to Electronic Power, or cyber‑kinesis, despite his family’s objections. As a spirit medium, Minoru possesses excellent capability and a solid track record in exorcism operations. He has participated in multiple missions against high‑level dead accounts and has single‑handedly exorcised a mid‑level dead account, a feat that clearly sets him apart from typical students. This success, combined with his elite upbringing, reinforces his own belief that he is a cut above others. In the story, Minoru acts as a supporting character among the exorcist students at Miden Academy. He is depicted as highly reliable in serious combat situations, using his cyber‑kinesis abilities to engage powerful ghost accounts. His key relationships are shaped by his pride and his admiration for Asaki, as well as his rivalry or tension with students like Kukuru, whose talents threaten his self‑image. His development is tied to his conversion to electronic power and the ongoing challenges to his perfectionist worldview, though he remains driven by a desire to prove his superiority and uphold his sense of elite duty. Visually, he is a male teenager with short brown hair, gray eyes, and glasses, and he typically wears a school uniform with boots and a belt.
