OVA
Description
Koumei Shokatsuryou, raised by tiger generals at Tougenen temple, developed significant fishing skill and gained the loyalty of Youjou Bashoku and Shiryuu Chou-un there. She possesses long light-green hair tied in two pigtails with red beads and blue eyes, typically wearing Tougenen's monk attire. Her height is 143 cm with measurements of 60-48-58. Emotionless in demeanor, she rarely shows overt emotions like smiles or anger but demonstrates care for others, particularly Gentoku Ryuubi, whom she possessively guards—even preventing her from bathing with others.

As successor to the historical strategist Zhuge Liang, Koumei harbors his dragon spirit, which awakens before the Battle of Red Cliffs. Attending Seito Academy as a C-rank Toushi, she wields a hand fan and employs strategic acumen mirroring her predecessor, orchestrating events like turning Kyosho Academy against Nanyo Academy to buy time for Seito. She later allies with Nanyo by surrendering the Dragon Jade, acknowledging only dragon-bearers like Shimei Ryomou could activate it.

During the Battle of Red Cliffs, Koumei deliberately provokes Chuutatsu Shibai to ignite the conflict, citing the necessity of recreating the historical battle to prevent Seito's destruction. She remains beside Gentoku throughout, using the Dragon Jade against Moutoku Sousou. Post-battle, she resumes fishing with Youjou, catching over a hundred fish.

In later events, Koumei appears in "Western Wolves" as part of a united Nanyo, Kyosho, and Seito force countering attackers from Nara linked to the Yamato School. With Hakufu Sonsaku and Moutoku Sousou stripped of their Magatama jewels, Gentoku becomes the sole functional leader, and Koumei participates in this alliance. She also features in the video game "Eloquent Fist."

Koumei loves fishing and sleeping. She identifies Gentoku as her "weakness," implying deep affection, and expresses fascination with the softness of Gentoku's breasts, openly comparing them to others' in a bath scene.
